Organizational Structure
The Board of Directors is comprised of individuals of high standing in society with rich professional experiences and impeccable moral standards. Board members are of diverse professions including Banking, Pharmaceutics, School administration, Medical Doctors and corporate executives and clergy men.

We have approximately 20 dynamic, qualified, experienced, and dedicated staff, who work both full and part-time, to adequately cover all courses. The Promoters
Dr Alliance Ngando (MD,Obstetric and Gynaecology) and Mr Humphrey Ngando (Senior Banker) are the promoters of A & H School of Healthcare Management. They have combined local and international experience of over twenty years as independent healthcare provider and corporate financial management professional respectively. Their commitment to hard work, ethics and sound management principles is reflected in their approach to structuring this organization, its objectives, mission, and vision. They have experience in both the private and the public sectors.
